    Postpartum Support Package

    2 visits twice a week for 4 weeks

    This package provides consistent care during the crucial first month after birth, helping you adjust to life with your new baby.

    During each 2.5 hour visit, I provide hands in support tailored to your family’s needs. Every family’s needs are unique so scheduling can be adjusted to best fit your needs. My goal is for every visit to leave you feeling more rested, more confident and deeply supported.

    2 visits (3 hr visits) a week for 5 weeks

    This supportive package is designed for mothers and families who want consistent, trusted postpartum care during the fourth trimester.

    I provide compassionate, in-home support to help you rest, recover, and feel confident as you settle into life with your new baby. Whether that means washing baby bottles, holding baby while you shower, or reassuring you what’s normal newborn behavior, I am here to help you have a happy postpartum.

All postpartum packages include support in the following, and more.

Baby care: newborn education, telling you what is normal and when you need to call your doctor. Demonstrating care for newborn’s cord. Bathing and swaddling baby. Assistance with breastfeeding and proper latching or bottle feeding.

Family care includes: providing emotional and physical support to you and your family. This may look like me bottle feeding your baby while you shower or eat, or take a much needed nap. If you’ve had a Caesarean delivery, I can lift your baby for you and assist with finding comfortable positions to feed your baby. Or you may need me to bring you snacks or water. I am here to make your postpartum recovery easier.

Household care: Light household cleaning and organizing. Grocery shopping, laundry, and meal preparations.
